Within the LionHeart Football Group, a specialist programme, called LionHeart Football Performance, is dedicated to supporting young players with additional technical, tactical and physical development sessions during and out of season. Our team of UEFA qualified coaches are on hand to deliver position-specific and bespoke 1:1 training sessions centred around developing a football identity for our young athletes.

We believe high performance is a reward rather than pressure and we recognise the mental resilience required by young players to keep committed to a successful, sustainable and fulfilling playing career. To support with this process, we work with performance and injury experts to support athletes through pertinent experiences such as goal setting, loss of form, playing confidence, injury, new playing contracts and new playing achievements/milestones.
Video Analysis
Video Analysis
We provide support to our young players through a partnership with our Talent Data Consultant, Daniel Lillebø Wold, who provides ongoing support to each athlete at LionHeart Football Talent. Our young players benefit from access to their own ‘StatsPad’ which breakdowns their football performance and provides accurate and real time data of their playing performances subsequently helping them identify what areas they are succeeding with as well as highlighting areas for improvement.
