The man behind LionHeart Football’s Talent is Humphrey Aghoghovbia Jr.
Humphrey’s background in football was shaped in youth development having worked as an academy scout for Premier League Clubs Brentford FC and Fulham FC. Alongside studying a Bachelors Degree in Sport at University of Roehampton, where today he is a proud Ambassador, Humphrey ventured into the professional football industry with the ambition to unearth and nurture talent at the youngest age. His purpose in talent identification led him to building a network of contacts across the industry, research and understand the best young practice in youth football and successfully scout future Premier League professionals including Liverpool FC’s Fabio Carvalho at the age of 12.
His business acumen has also developed over the years, having set up an independent football coaching company in 2015 with the mission to provide excellent football playing experiences and progression pathways for young players across South London and Surrey, and today LionHeart Football Group is a reputable company with two established business divisions.
