The LionHeart Football Boys Academy (Wallington) is an invitational training centre, based at Croygas Sports Club, for gifted and talented young boys aged 8 to 13 (Year 3 to Year 8). It is recommended that players who are interested in joining our academy have had previous experience playing a competitive standard of local grassroots football, school football or moved on from a professional football club’s academy.
All academy members have been offered a place must wear LionHeart Football Academy Kit which can be purchased here. Shin pads, moulded football boots (3G surface pitch) or indoor trainers (sports hall) depending on the surface and a bottle of water are also requirements for the session.
If your son is attending a FREE TRIAL, he will need to wear sportswear clothing suitable for the weather conditions, shin pads, moulded football boots (3G surface pitch) or indoor trainers (sports hall) and a bottle of water.
Training is held on Fridays.
U9-U11 play from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.
U12-U13 play from 6:45pm to 8:00pm.
We ensure Academy sessions are carefully planned, progressive, highly educational, enjoyable and delivered with great care and energy for all players in attendance.
